首先上面代码说明a有一个私有成员二维数组

private:
	int arr[10][10];

注意到这里a是一个类实例,又出现a[i][j]说明有一个[]重载,即

int*  Array2::operator [](int i)
{
	return arr[i];    //它是二维数组arr的第i个元素,即第i个小数组的首地址,故返回值类型应该为int* 
}

cout<<a(i,j)这里又是一个重载,实际上是(i,j)重载

接下来是两个构造函数
