解决方法：
可以申请一个任意的博客，然后在博客上发表一篇名为“XXXX(App名称)技术服务支持”，名称用英文的也可以，内容就把AppStore那几张截图放上去，不用放好像也可以，给苹果看我有技术支持服务的入口就行了。
