File not found: /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Toolchains/XcodeD.....

解决方法

1、下载arc目录解压后复制到指定目录路径：
/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Toolchains/XcodeDefault.xctoolchain/usr/lib
2、Xcode使用14.3以下版本，Xcode历史版本官方下载（需要登录）
