安装Scrapy库的时候报错解决

我今天在安装Scrapy库的时候出现了如下报错

    error: command 'cl.exe' failed: No such file or directory

Cl 文件是Microsoft C/C++ compiler (included in MS Visual C++ / MS Visual Studio.)

安装Scrapy需要
Twisted 14.0
lxml 3.4
pyOpenSSL 0.14

在cmd以管理员方式打开输入

pip3 install Twisted==14.0 lxml pyOpenSSL Scrapy
