1.安装or更新第三方失败
pods
IQKeyBoardManager, are not installed and cannot be updated
原因是本地的repo库太长时间没有更新了or没有找到本地的repo库or本地的repo库不是最新匹配的 需要时用
pod install --verbose --no-repo-update
pod update --verbose --no-repo-update
or
pod install --no-repo-update
pod update --no-repo-update
去忽略 本地的repo库的升级操作
