在使用geth进行智能合约的部署的时，可以放置一个回调函数。注意，这里有个坑，当你使用回调函数的时候，必须先解锁账户。（不使用回调函数时，geth在你执行new函数后，会提示你解锁账户，但使用了回调函数则不会有提示）
