android 6.0 权限的坑

Android 6.0 23 对应用的权限做保护修改，

参考：  https://developer.android.com/training/permissions/requesting.html

获取危险权限时只能动态（弹窗）获取授权，或者降低编译sdk版本

降低版本后会导致应用不能升级更新，只能卸载重装，慎重啊

更新时报：INSTALL_FAILED_PERMISSION_MODEL_DOWNGRADE

动态获取的方法：检查是否有权限
