No matching distribution found for tensorflow
python 版本使用 3.5.x 仍会遇到上述问题
查看默认安装的 pip 版本为 7.0
使用 python -m pip install –upgrade pip 升级 pip 至 9.0
再使用 pip3 install –upgrade tensorflow 即可正常安装
