Unknown error: Unable to build: the file dx.jar was not loaded from the SDK folder!
错误描述：
build-tools的API 28中dx.jar有问题，使用其他的API中的dx.jar覆盖API 28中的dx.jar文件；
解决方案：
打开SDK Manager然后选择Tools中的API较低版本的Build-tools（最好早于API25），然后复制dx.jar到28的dx.jar
注意：要关闭Eclipse，要关闭Eclipse，要关闭Eclipse
