Atom使用国内镜像

1 - create a new file named '.apmrc' under directorty 'C:\Users\WeiJia\.atom' like below

C:\Users\{userid}\.atom\.apmrc

2 - add the following content into it

strict-ssl=false

#https-proxy=http://127.0.0.1:1080/

#http-proxy =http://127.0.0.1:1080/

registry=https://registry.npm.taobao.org/
