other-tinypng图片压缩

压缩png图片，压缩率杠杠滴

使用前提：需要科学上网

1. 注册一个账号，需要用到 develop key

2. 把 GitHub 上一哥们写好的python处理脚本 clone下来：https://github.com/fengqingxiuyi/LearningNotes/tree/master/tinypng

3. pip 安装 tiny 的 python 库 ：pip install -i https://pypi.doubanio.com/simple/ tinify

4. 然后把 tinypng_win.py 中的 develop key 换成你自己的，直接执行该脚本（需要科学上网）
