Angular 2+ 启动项目时 port 4200 is already in use 解决方法

（1）相应找到以下目录node_modules/@angular/cli/lib/config/ 中的 schema.json

（2）搜索到到默认的“4200”端口，

（3）把4200 改为其它的没有被占用的端口，如6200 。

（4）npm start 就可以启动了
