beans里：

http://www.springframework.org/schema/task/spring-task-3.1.xsd

<context:component-scan base-package="com.bbs.task" /> 
<task:annotation-driven />

tomcat启动后控制台会输出：

0 taskJob：：：Wed Oct 12 09:24:55 CST 2016
1 taskJob：：：Wed Oct 12 09:25:00 CST 2016
2 taskJob：：：Wed Oct 12 09:25:05 CST 2016
3 taskJob：：：Wed Oct 12 09:25:10 CST 2016
