1.关闭所有eclipse校验
windows->perference->validation
disable all
2.Access restriction: The constructor 'BASE64Decoder()' is not API (restriction on required library 'C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_131\jre\lib\rt.jar')
在builde path 移除jre，再重新添加
