Unity 不知道什么原因损坏了，没有最大化最小化标题栏，laucher也不见了
果断换了Gnome
sudo apt-get install gnome-shell sudo apt-get install ubuntu-gnome-desktop
注销之后就能换成gnome3了
果然很方便，难怪ubuntu新版本抛弃了unity
