网上的在线安装的链接，http://www.activiti.org/designer/update 显示Page not found，以前尅的，现在不可以，所以这个就不说了。
离线安装:
1.准备下载好这些东西

2.将jars文件夹下的文件复制黏贴到eclipse安装目录的plugins目录下
3.删除eclipse安装目录下，configuration文件夹里的org.eclipse.update文件夹，重启eclipse
4.打开eclipse，在Help->Install New Software后的弹出窗点击Available Software Sites，删除方法一设置的资源信息
如果你有这个插件（点击Available Software Sites），就把它先移除再安装
5.然后add 将之前下载好的activiti-desinger-zip的作为路径添加
