打开安装Ubuntu的时候报Fix: WSLRegisterDistribution Failed with Error 0x8007019e

【原因分析】
The Windows Subsystem for Linux optional component is not enabled.
Linux的Windows子系统不可用
【尝试一】验证已打开此功能且重启PC还是不行

1. 同时按住Windows 和 R 键打开运行。

2. 键入optionalfeatures.exe以启动Windows 功能。
   
   【尝试二】尝试使用 Windows PowerShell

3. 同时按住Windows 和 X键打开 Windows 菜单。

4. 选择Windows PowerShell（管理员）以使用管理员权限启动 PowerShell。当UAC提示时单击是。
   

5. 键入以下命令并按Enter以在 Windows 功能中启用 Linux 子系统。

Enable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName Microsoft-Windows-Subsystem-Linux

4. 命令执行后，它会要求重新启动。 出现提示时键入Y 表示是。
5. 现在检查错误是否已经解决。
