启动putty.exe，输入地址登录远程
启动psftp.exe，输入
open username@host（ip）
输入密码，然后就可以上传和下载文件了
上传代码为：
put 文件路径
下载为：
get 文件路径
putty win10连接contos 7 服务器，以及文件上传下载
