App store苹果商店审核被拒绝总结(uni-app)


前言

App store苹果商店审核总是被拒绝,审核虐我千百次,这里我做出多次审核被拒的原因整理并附上解决办法,仅供参考。


一、关于App中所需信息被拒

1.被拒原文

Guideline 2.1 - Information Needed

We’re looking forward to continuing our review, but we need more information about your business model and your users to help you find the best distribution option for your app. Our preliminary review of your app suggests that your app may be a good fit for our Apple Business Manager program, which is designed specifically for business apps. Next Steps Please review the following questions and provide as much detailed information as you can for each question.

  1. Is your app restricted to users who are part of a single company? This may include users of the company’s partners, employees, and contractors.(您的应用是否仅限于属于单个公司的用户?这可能包括公司合作伙伴,员工和承包商的用户。)
  2. Is your app designed for use by a limited or specific group of companies? If so,which companies use this app? If not, can any company become a client and utilize this app?(您的应用程序是否设计供有限或特定的公司组使用?如果是这样,哪些公司使用此应用程序?如果没有,任何公司都可以成为客户并使用此应用程序吗?)
  3. What features in the app, if any, are intended for use by the general public?(该应用程序中的哪些功能(如果有的话)旨在供普通大众使用?)
  4. Identify the specific countries or regions where you plan to distribute your app.(确定计划分发应用程序的特定国家或地区。)
  5. How do users obtain an account?(用户如何获得帐户?)
  6. Is there are any paid content in the app? For example, do users pay for opening an account
    or using certain features in the app?(应用程序中是否有任何付费内容?例如,用户是否需要为开设帐户或使用应用程序中的某些功能付费?)
  7. Who pays for the paid content and how do users access it?(谁为付费内容付费,用户如何访问?)

2.被拒原因

收到此邮件,多半是因为你的app需要登录账号密码才能登录成功,而苹果审核人员大半看不懂中文,所以他们不懂我们的app到底是干嘛的,由此,审核在使用你的app时都是一脸懵逼,所以会向你了解清楚这个软件是提供给谁的。
此时,在提交审核时,建议将你的 App 完整操作流程录一个视频或录屏附件上去,特别是当涉及到要用多个账号操作时!!!相信我,不然你会被拒绝无数次 (害,没有的事,祝你好运~)

3.如何回复(仅供参考)

Dear review team: After receiving the reason for the rejection you returned, we carefully verified the inside of the app and found that there is no problem you said. In order to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings, we have specially provided relevant qualification certificates and provided the following explanations:

  1. Is your app restricted to users who are part of a single company? This may include users of the company’s partners, employees, and contractors.

  2. companies. Is your app designed for use by a limited or specific group of companies? If so, which companies use this app? If not, can any
  3. company become a client and utilize this app? No, all functions are open. All Chinese corporate users can use this app. What features in the app, if any, are intended for use by the general public?
  4. All functions of the app are freely open to corporate employees. Identify the specific countries or regions where you plan to distribute your app. The app plans to promote the country to China.
  5. How do users obtain an account?
    You need to purchase services on a company basis.
  6. We give the company a super administrator account. The company uses this account to log in to the background to create and manage company employee accounts. (See attachments) Is there are any paid content in the app? For example, do users pay for opening an account or using certain features in the app?
    The app does not have a paid function. Users do not need to pay for any functions, all functions are free trial.
  7. Who pays for the paid content and how do users access it?
    The app does not have a paid function. Users need to purchase services on a corporate basis. We give the company a super administrator account, and the company uses this account to log in to the background to create and manage company employee accounts.

答:该应用程序没有付费功能。用户无需为任何功能付费,所有功能均为免费试用。
7、谁为付费内容付费,用户如何访问这些内容?
答:该应用程序没有付费功能。用户需要以企业形式购买服务。我们给公司一个超级管理员账号,公司用这个账号登录后台创建和管理公司员工账号。

二、关于AppTrackingTransparency审核被拒

1.被拒原文

Guideline 5.1.2 - Legal - Privacy - Data Use and Sharing

The app privacy information you provided in App Store Connect indicates you collect data in order to track the user, including Coarse Location and Physical Address. However, you do not use App Tracking Transparency to request the user’s permission before tracking their activity.
Starting with iOS 14.5, apps on the App Store need to receive the user’s permission through the AppTrackingTransparency framework before collecting data used to track them. This requirement protects the privacy of App Store users. Next Steps Here are two ways to resolve
this issue:

  • If you do not currently track, or decide to stop tracking, update your app privacy information in App Store Connect. You must have the
    Account Holder or Admin role to update app privacy information.
  • If you track users, you must implement App Tracking Transparency and request permission before collecting data used to track. When you
    resubmit, indicate in the Review Notes where the permission request is
    located.

2.被拒原因

从iOS 14.5开始,App Store上的应用程序在收集用于跟踪的数据之前,需要通过AppTrackingTransparency弹出框询问用户,获得用户的许可才可追踪允许。而苹果审核人员在审核你的app时,未有弹窗弹出询问。

3.解决办法

(1)打开项目,进入manifest.json文件,勾选“ 使用广告标识(IDFA)”

(建议每次提交都去看一下是否勾选,有时莫名其妙被打回,结果排查半天才发现是这里没勾选,不知道是不是这个勾选不会保存的原因~)

(2)审核后台找到“app隐私”这一项,对数据类型和需要使用到的数据进行编辑修改

(3)这里我修改成 “用于追踪目的”

注意:这里说明一下,在勾选 “使用广告标识” 后,应该还要有用途描述,这一项必须要有,如果没有,可按照以下操作添加:

"NSUserTrackingUsageDescription" : "请放心,开启权限不会获取您在其他站点的隐私信息,该权限仅用于标识设备、第三方广告、并保障服务安全与提示浏览体验",
