这个我是犯了很低级的错误，本来一直按照官网上弄但是一直不对

bazel build -c opt --define MEDIAPIPE_DISABLE_GPU=1 --action_env PYTHON_BIN_PATH="C:\Users\91077\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python39\python.exe" mediapipe/examples/desktop/hello_world

然后我仔细看了看，官网好像是//，而不是我的\ 

bazel build -c opt --define MEDIAPIPE_DISABLE_GPU=1 --action_env PYTHON_BIN_PATH="C://Users//91077//AppData//Local//Programs//Python//Python39//python.exe" mediapipe/examples/desktop/hello_world

修改一番，成功运行
