Ubuntu 18.04,3090,nvidia driver,Useful

Operation Environment:Ubuntu 18.04,GPU 3090

Just download driver,and when you install you will meet with no 'cc' in your path, then get download gcc:  sudo apt-get install gcc-7.58 g++-7.5
