vue-cli element-plus报错

Cannot read property ‘isCE’ of null
at renderSlot (runtime-core.esm-bundler.js?a7f3:5811)
at Proxy.render (index.js?46c1:275)
at renderComponentRoot
总之就是不能用了 本来是想用progress组件的，报错；后来试了一下其他的比如button组件 依然不能用
现在也不知道是啥错，依赖卸载重装能解决
