遇到问题1：安装python manage.py makemigrations ApiManager报错
（1）格式不支持NON_ACSII

(2)安装一直失败

遇到问题2：安装MysqlClient报错
解决方法：找到正确的mysqlclient版本：mysqlclient-1.4.6-cp27-cp27m-win32.whl
python版本为Python 2.7.16
