windows系统报错NVIDIA-SMI has failed because it couldn‘t communicate with the NVIDIA driver.

启动nvidia-smi的时候，报错

报错的完整信息：

NVIDIA-SMI has failed because it couldn't communicate with the NVIDIA driver. Make 
sure that the latest NVIDIA driver is installed and running. This can also be 
happening if non-NVIDIA GPU is running as primary display, and NVIDIA GPU is in 
WDDM mode.

网上很多都是linux下的解决办法，windows的好像几乎就没有。。。
我的笔记本是双显示器，垃圾surface（带个铰链）

之前都可以用，突然就报错了，我也觉得很奇怪，想去nvidia控制面板看看

结果就这？

1. 在 我的电脑->管理 设备管理器和服务中都看了一下，设备管理器里已经看不到独显了。。。。服务中还是有两个nvidia的服务，重启并设置为自动启动了，没啥用

突然想起来显示适配器只有英特尔的集显，右击了一下设备管理器中的显示适配器
，点击扫描检测硬件改动，然后我亲爱的英伟达显卡就出现了！


然后nvidia-smi就可用了，大无语。。。。
