Visual Studio 2005 is the primary tool for Windows Mobile 2003, Windows Mobile 5.0, and Windows Mobile 6 application development. If you do not own Visual Studio 2005, consider these options:
- Order the Windows Mobile 6 Developer Resource Kit (contains 90-day trial of Visual Studio 2005)
- Purchase Visual Studio 2005
- Purchase a subscription to Microsoft Developer Network (MSDN).
- Become a Registered Microsoft Partner
- Install Service Pack 1 for Visual Studio 2005*
Service Pack 1 contains fixes for stability, performance, and security enhancements made in many areas of Visual Studio 2005 since the original release. Read the release notes for this service pack.
