网上各种方法都不灵，直接设置ip搞定
修改 C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts 文件，加入下面的就行了。加入后，想更新都更新不了了。update.googleapis.com是更新服务器
127.0.0.1 update.googleapis.com
或者：
0.0.0.0 update.googleapis.com
