解决方案：
1027 conda install -c bioconda samtools openssl=1.0
【失败，Python版本太高】
conda install python=3.5
【替换python至低版本】
conda install -c bioconda samtools openssl=1.0
【安装samtools,失败提示conda需升级】
conda update -n base -c defaults conda
【升级conda】
conda install -c bioconda samtools openssl=1.0
【再安装】
conda list
