APR based Apache Tomcat Native library was not found on the java.library.path

问题：The APR based Apache Tomcat Native library which allows optimal performance in production environments was not found on the java.library.path: D:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_30\bin;D:\Program Files\apache-tomcat-7.0.29\bin

解决方案：

到http://archive.apache.org/dist/tomcat/tomcat-connectors/native/下载自己所需要的tcnative版本

解压所下载的文件，将bin目录下（如，tomcat-native-1.1.24-win32-bin\bin）的tcnative-1.dll放到tomcat的bin目录下即可。。
