Colors in Mars

People in Mars represent the colors in their computers in a similar way as the Earth people. That is, a color is represented by a 6-digit number, where the first 2 digits are for Red, the middle 2 digits for Green, and the last 2 digits for Blue. The only difference is that they use radix 13 (0-9 and A-C) instead of 16. Now given a color in three decimal numbers (each between 0 and 168), you are supposed to output their Mars RGB values.

Each input file contains one test case which occupies a line containing the three decimal color values.

For each test case you should output the Mars RGB value in the following format: first output “#”, then followed by a 6-digit number where all the English characters must be upper-cased. If a single color is only 1-digit long, you must print a “0” to the left.

#include <iostream>

using namespace std;
string change(int a);
string convert(int n);

string convert(int n){
    int ten = n / 13;
    int ge = n % 13;
    string a = change(ten);
    string b = change(ge);
    string ans = a+ b;
    return ans;

}

string change(int a){
    switch(a){
    case 0:
        return "0";
    case 1:
        return "1";
    case 2:
        return "2";
    case 3:
        return "3";
    case 4:
        return "4";
    case 5:
        return "5";
    case 6:
        return "6";
    case 7:
        return "7";
    case 8:
        return"8";
    case 9:
        return "9";
    case 10:
        return "A";
    case 11:
        return "B";
    case 12:
        return "C";
    }
    return "0";
}

int main()
{
    int red,green,blue;
    cin >> red>>green>>blue;
    string r = convert(red);
    string g = convert(green);
    string b = convert(blue);
    cout << "#"<<r<<g<<b<<endl;
    return 0;
}
