Omni钱包版本更新测试链---以及正式链

Binding RPC on address ::1 port 18332 failed.

0.8.1更新版本后，需要新增的配置为：
rpcbind=ip:端口

但是我在这次更新中 使用了rpcbind这个参数，报了Binding RPC on address ::1 port 18332 failed. 这个错误，使得rpc无法正常调用，经过查询资料发现，I had to add [test] section in file bitcoin.conf because is mandatory for testnet

rpcallowip=0.0.0.0/0
datacarriersize=80
logtimestamps=1
omnidebug=tally
omnidebug=packets
omnidebug=pending

[test]
rpcbind=127.0.0.1

配置方法。然后就能正常调用了：

正式链配置：
在github上已经明确说明:
需要在配置文件上添加rpcbind这一项参数。
rpcbind=IP:端口

详细配置：
rpcport=端口
rpcbind=IP:端口
rpcallowid=IP

启动了之后仍然报错误的话就要看dbbug这个文件的详细内容了。
