安装Server端后，可能会报错两个错：

Warning: FTP over TLS is not enabled, users cannot securely log in.
解决方法：

然后需要add User
然后设置FTP目录，以及对文件的操作权限
服务端设置完，就可以打开FileZilla的Client端去连接了
