pip install 超时 错误 失败 python模块下载

在下载python模块时常常出现超时错误

因为是外网，我们可以使用清华提供的镜像网址。

使用pip的时候加参数 -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple ，这样他就会从镜像去安装。
