项目需求

目的：写出一个公共的、通用的css库，方便我们后面写代码更简单快速，如果能够自己动手写一个css库，学别人写的库就很轻松

 样式重置

样式重置，浏览器有默认的样式，这些默认的样式在不同浏览器上有不同的效果
样式重置的目的：在各种浏览器上默认样式统一
用别人写好的开源的样式重置库： https://github.com/necolas/normalize.css

新建一个项目，样式文件名为simplecss.css, 把normalize.css内容拷贝到simplecss.css中

 栅格系统

什么是栅格系统？

　　把网页分成大小相同的各自，方便快速布局

实现思路

　　1、最外层有一个容器（container）

　　2、先有一行（row）

　　3、在行里面写列（col）

　　4、规定一行要划分多少个格子（列， 我这里设为12）
