system thread exception not handled

背景
我现在有一台HP的wini10的电脑出现system thread exception not handled这样的提示。

解决方法
在网上搜了一些方法
1，进入到安全模式；
2，通过过PE进去看 ；
3，重装 ；
4，硬件问题

前三种方法都不行，一开机就死，只能第四种；硬件问题
