LLVM 10.0 RC3 released, stable version coming soon

LLVM 10.0 stable version of the original plan released in late February, but now it seems clearly behind schedule, because suddenly there was a plan is not in the  RC3 version .

Since RC2 release, LLVM 10.0 RC3 submitted / repair times less than a hundred, there is no renewal noteworthy highlights. So if a serious problem does not arise, I believe LLVM 10 stable version will soon be released.

LLVM 10.0 introduces support for Arm Neoverse N1 / E1, and support for the Cortex A65, and support for the Octeon MIPS optimize POWER, provide better support for SIMD WebAssembly, as well as many improvements to RISC-V, and so on.

Complete features still need to wait for the official announcement.
