LLVM 10.0 stable version of the original plan released in late February, but now it seems clearly behind schedule, because suddenly there was a plan is not in the RC3 version .
Since RC2 release, LLVM 10.0 RC3 submitted / repair times less than a hundred, there is no renewal noteworthy highlights. So if a serious problem does not arise, I believe LLVM 10 stable version will soon be released.
LLVM 10.0 introduces support for Arm Neoverse N1 / E1, and support for the Cortex A65, and support for the Octeon MIPS optimize POWER, provide better support for SIMD WebAssembly, as well as many improvements to RISC-V, and so on.
