我之前写过,一个中年人,为了一个加薪20%或30%的工资就跳槽,你是用错了时代。中年人,工资在跳槽考虑因素(工资、工作制、工作量、离家远近、职位晋级、企业主营业务、成立年数、人数、利于副业发展、利于本地人脉提升)中的权重,得进一步降低。
