Found bug
.Web end user is a "stealth"

analysis
The bug is not reproduced, when the closed-end video pc, reconstruction room suddenly web end can be detected, it can be said side web normal case, the operation is repeated, bug can not be reproduced again.

But using computer roommate brought in open web, web end roommate can not be detected. This bug should be some component initialization problem caused by abnormal, it could be a browser problem (I was chrome, roommate is QQ browser)
Why Product group did not find this bug?
Product development and testing in the group when the bug had not occurred. II. Some video effects will not take effect

- 建议：视频清晰度太低，应该要再支持高点的清晰度，然后帧率起码要到30fps
