HashiCorp Vault 1.3 has been released, this version improve the ability Vault as Active Directory services and Kubernetes credentials workload management platform, and supports high-performance, global cloudy operating under regulatory oversight of the work load. This version includes the following features:
- Entropy Augmentation (Vault Enterprise only): Vault Enterprise allows sampling of entropy from an external encryption module
- Active Directory Check In / Check Out: Active Directory allows Vault Management credentials check-in / check-out rotation
- Vault Debug: new CLI command to collect health indicators Vault nodes
- Path Filters (Vault Enterprise only): Realize a filter, which allows the control namespace secret file is copied to the secondary
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Support: New auth method Oracle cloud infrastructure, storage and back-end interface to automatic unblocking
- Improved Integrated Storage (Beta): Improved UI and write performance raft
