TarsCloud、腾讯云TStack等获开源技术创新奖
作为代表性项目，腾讯开源旗下的TarsCloud、腾讯云TStack等在会上亮相。
TarsCloud此次获得了自主研发项目类的“尖峰开源技术创新奖”。它包括TARS、TSeer、DCache 三个开源项目，TARS是基于名字服务使用TARS协议的高性能RPC开发框架，同时配套一体化的服务治理平台。TSeer和DCache基于TARS生态切入不同细分领域，TSeer是对TARS名字服务功能的轻量化，DCache则是基于TARS框架开发的分布式NoSQL存储系统。
据TarsCloud项目负责人单致豪介绍，TarsCloud开源项目已经应用在了通讯、金融、交通、物联网等领域的上百家企业，服务有上万名开发者。从项目受欢迎程度和代码贡献程度看，截至2019年7月4日，TarsCloud累计Star数超过一万，已经有87位贡献者，平均两个月发行一次新版本，Commit数达1479个，现有13个代码库。从技术创新来说，TARS提供了高效、可视化运维平台，支持多语言，包括现今各种主流语言，如C++、Java、Go、PHP、Node.js等，能自动生成客户端和服务端相关的通信代码，支持同步、异步、单向三种调用模式。同时，它支持IDC、SET分组，提供了跨地区、跨机房，就近接入的功能。TSeer轻量级服务注册发现容错方案，对业务侵入性极低。DCache的数据采用内存存储，支持连接后端DB实现数据持久化。
获得基于社区版本二次开发项目类“尖峰开源技术创新奖”的是腾讯云TStack。作为目前国内最大的开源私有云平台之一，腾讯云TStack基于OpenStack、docker、k8s、istio等开源底层，并在开源基础上进行了大量的开发改造，不仅解决了OpenStack在大规模部署时的存在的不稳定风险，还实现了自动化部署、多云管理、容器服务与微服务框架等关键能力，并提供完备的产品体系和运营服务，形成一整套私有全栈云解决方案。
