If arcSDE already installed, we need to re-install and rebuild sde, perform the following steps:

2, using Oracle management console, delete the SDE user, and then delete the SDE table space
3, reinstall SDE

Server (ServerName): IP address or server name
7) Auto-start service
If the service fails to start, you can manually start the service in windows service management, the service name is the name specified in Step 6
