1. After installing Desktop and License Manager.
2. Overwrite ARCGIS.exe and service.txt over the contents of the bin folder in the main installation directory of the License Manager (weak coverage cannot be performed, stop ArcGIS License Manager).
3. Open License Server Administrator and re-read the license.
4. Open ArcGIS Administrator, select Desktop node -> check Advanced (ArcInfo) Concurrent Use -> point the License Manager to this machine (localhost).

Installation tutorial
The Chinese version of ArcGIS 10.2 was released some time ago. I downloaded it but haven't installed it. I heard that ArcGIS 10.2 cloud processing capabilities and image processing capabilities have been enhanced! I often encounter some friends’ installation failures on the Internet, and now I am here to make a tutorial! Share the successful installation experience! (For commercial use, please support genuine)

Install License Manager 10.2, which is the download link provided above. After the download is complete, open the installation and click SetUp.exe, as shown in the figure

Enter the license Manager 10.2 installation steps, as shown in the figure

After the installation license Manager10.2 complete, [Stop] services , (if the service is stopped on the default skip this step) . As shown in the figure:

Then, copy the cracked file in the cracked folder: [Service.txt and ArcGIS.exe] to replace the same file in the bin of the License 10.2 directory , as shown in the figure

2. Install ArcGIS Desktop 10.2 (optional version)
Both versions of arcgis 10.2 provided above can be used, and the download link of version 2 contains license Manager 10.2 and the cracked file. (My tutorial uses "ArcGIS 10.2 version two (recommended)"), click setup.exe to install as shown in the figure, agree to the service and enter the next step:
Enter the ArcGIS 10.2 software installation steps, as shown in the figure
The software installation takes a long time, about half an hour or more, depending on the computer performance!
[Note]: After the installation is complete, click Finish and an ArcGIS Administrator window will pop up. Don't worry about it, just close it! ! !
Click Finish, and then pop up to continue the Chinese package installation, just click Install.

3. ArcGIS 10.2 (Statement: Please support genuine for commercial use)
Open the license Manager as shown in the figure
Click Start to re-obtain the license (essentially or copy and replace the service.txt just now in the first step), as shown in the figure (If the startup fails here, see [Step 4])
After the reacquisition succeeds, open ArcGIS Administrator, select [Version] Arcinfo floating, lower input into localhost , as shown in the red portion of the block !
[Successful installation performance]: After successfully cracking, you can see the interface as shown in the figure (ArcGIS Administrator)
The installation was successful. Open ArcMap 10.2, as shown in the figure

Four, method/step 4
If the license fails to start, use the following methods to solve
Open cmd, enter the license bin directory for service imperative registration, enter Imgrd -z -c service.txt
After the execution is over, reopen the license to start-re-acquire the license. The next steps are the same as 3.
