3. Install ArcGIS Engine 10.3

1. Install ArcGIS_Engine_Windows_103_142201.exe

2. Install ArcObjects_SDK_for_NET_Framework_103_142045.exe

1. Install Arcgis 10.3

1. Install License Manager

Open ArcGIS_License_Manager_Windows_103_142023.exe and click Next all the way.

Modify the path by yourself.

Note: After the License Manager is installed, open the "License Server Administrator", click to select [Stop] service.

2. Install ArcGIS 10.3 for Desktop

Open ArcGIS_Desktop_103_141985.exe, and go all the way to Next.

Choose to install the Complete version.

After the installation is complete, the ArcGis Administrator Wizard wizard window opens automatically

Make sure the license manager is localhost

3. Uninstall License Manager 10.3

4.  Install the 10.2 license manager

Open "\10.2license\license installation\Setup.exe" to install

5.  to crack

Copy the service.txt and ARCGIS.exe files under the cracked folder in the 10.2license to the C:\Program Files (x86)\ArcGIS\License10.2\bin path for overwriting

5. verify

Check whether ArcMap is open normally

Two, install VS2013

3. Install ArcGIS Engine 10.3

1 .  Install ArcGIS_Engine_Windows_103_142201.exe

2 .  Install ArcObjects_SDK_for_NET_Framework_103_142045.exe

After the installation is complete, the ArcGis Administrator Wizard wizard window opens automatically

Make sure the license manager is localhost
