May 27, 2019, by the Thai Ministry of Health, China International Cultural Communication Center, poetry 纳卡琳威洛 University, Thai Culture Promotion Committee, Thailand Thai medicine committee jointly sponsored the first international medical culture and new technologies Forum ( Thailand) was held at the University of Bangkok 纳卡琳威洛 poetry.
The forum aims to further promote the international medical technology and cultural exchanges, boost the great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream of an early realization. Thoroughly implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping on medical development with Chinese characteristics of speech, strengthen new ideas, new technologies and wide application of advanced international medical exchange and mutual learning, to promote the modernization of Chinese hospitals, the establishment of standardization of traditional medicine, medical information sharing and management system perfect order "along the way" as the guide, promote the transformation and use of the latest research results of domestic medicine, Chinese medicine to promote science and technology leading products abroad, the Chinese medicine and cultural depth of integration of international medical development, and continuously improve medical technology and management level and better contribute to human health and well-being.
泰国现任副总理维萨努·科安博士在致开幕词时表示，习近平主席提出“一带一路”倡议，强调将加强与各国交流，向国际社会介绍、传播中国五千年的文化的方针，泰国政府对此倡议表示大力支持。他说，“泰中一家亲”，两国从外交、贸易、文化以及血缘等4个层面都有着与其他国家无可比拟的亲密关系。许多中国文化已经深入人心，成为地道的泰国文化，其中一项就是饮食及医药。在泰国国内最边远的地方的国民都知道和认识中医，中医中药已经成为泰国人民生活的一部分。以上只是民间基础的交流，但今天论坛所研讨的替代医学以及现代医学交流议题，已经完全超越了以上层面，很多更是泰国社会需要学习的新科技、新成果。无论是商业合作、政府层面的合作，乃至国际人道主义层面的合作，泰国政府都会一如既往的给予支持。
泰王国卫生部代表、泰国医药及传统医药司司长玛禄·吉拉斯里医师、中国驻泰国大使馆文化参赞常禹萌、诗纳卡琳威洛大学校长颂猜·善迪瓦纳坤、泰国泰医药委员会主席苍猜·佳乐素万海军上将、泰国朱拉蓬皇家学院科技与新合作局局长披猜·颂查博士、曼谷吞武里大学副校长庄厉·班 扎媞坤博士先后致辞。
论坛上，与会专家学者分别就中国传统医药发展现状与未来，中国急救医学发展现状和创新思维，国际干细胞研究成果与中国应用现状，中医养生与营养药膳，泰国医学技术现状、管理创新理念和治疗手段新进展，脑科学人工智能技术在交通安全控制中的运用等领域展开了学术交流。
今次论坛会议上，泰国诗纳卡琳威洛大学、泰中文化促进委员会、中国国际文化传播中心在论坛上就定期进行双边教育、文化交流活动以及在教学、师资及健康养生人才培养等方面进行密切合作签署了合作备忘录。泰国前副总理、泰中文化促进委员会主席披尼·乍禄颂巴以及来自中泰两国医药领域的专家学者、企业代表、高校师生等数百人参加了论坛。
论坛结束后，与会嘉宾观看了中国广西戏剧代表团表演的富有广西壮族文化特色的精彩演出。
