coming into the appropriate zh en, the US can change the CN, save, and then need to restart to take effect. After the restart, you may find like "download", "Documents", "Desktop", these folders still exist, this time inside the file can be moved to the "Downloads", "Documents" and "Desktop" folder in. The Chinese folder can be deleted.
