When you open the ae template, you will find many system expression errors. These errors are caused by the system language barrier. Just change the ae interface language. The path location of the Mac version of AE application.xml file is: /Library/Application Support/Adobe/After Effects/22.0/AMT. The 22.0 here represents the AE version 2022 and the After Effects 2023 version is 23.0
First copy the application.xml file to the desktop, right-click and select the text editing tool to open it, modify the languages value, and search for "Language" with command+F.
Then change en_US (or en_GB) to zh_CN, which will change the software interface from English to Chinese, and vice versa.
Save the file after modification, and then overwrite it back to its original location. Restart AE and you will find that the Chinese and English text switching in the software interface has been successful.
