Menu File> Library ..., open the Library Manager, click Create New Lib ... to create a new library.
Shortcut keys Ctrl + Alt + F, to open the Selection Filter, in the Object tab, check Parts, Glued parts
Select the PCB components, click the right mouse button and select Save to Library ...
In the Save Part Types and Decals to Library, the Select Part Types, Decals, set the Part Type, library path Decal, and finally click OK to confirm the operation.
After saving is complete, you can see we have just saved Parts, Decals in the Library Manager.
