1 Application conditions for high-value patent funding projects
01 Strategic Emerging Industries:
Enterprises in the zone that have made significant breakthroughs in the quantity or quality of high-value patents will be given a subsidy of 300,000 yuan if they pass the review .
Enterprises in the zone who purchase invention patents from universities, scientific research institutes, and hospitals, and register with the State Intellectual Property Office, and obtain the "Notice of Qualified Procedures" for the change of patent description items, will be given 10% of the actual transaction amount, with a maximum of 200,000 yuan dollars of funding.
02 overseas invention patents of the same family:
If the enterprise obtains foreign invention patent authorization through the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT), the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property and other channels in the current year, each time it obtains authorization from a country or region , it will be given financial support not exceeding 50% of the actual official expenses incurred, and the maximum grant is 1 RMB 10,000 , each patent can be funded to enter 3 countries or regions at most. The cumulative amount of annual foreign invention patent support for each enterprise is up to 500,000 yuan .

2 Standardize the application conditions for system certification funding projects
01 Intellectual property standard implementation funding:
Enterprises that pass the national intellectual property standard system certification (GB/T 29490-2013 standard) for the first time will be given a one-time subsidy of 20,000 yuan .
02 Demonstration, advantages, and pilot enterprises:
Enterprises in the zone won:
If the national intellectual property demonstration enterprise is recognized and the industrialization of independent invention patents has achieved remarkable results, a subsidy of no more than 1 million yuan will be given ;
Enterprises with national intellectual property advantages and outstanding achievements in the industrialization of independent invention patents will be given a subsidy of no more than 800,000 yuan ;
70% of the city-level support funds will be given supporting funds for the construction demonstration (pilot) parks, patent demonstration enterprises, and patent pilot enterprises of Shanghai's strong intellectual property city.
Newly recognized district-level intellectual property superior enterprises, intellectual property pilot parks, patent demonstration enterprises and patent pilot enterprises will be given subsidies of 300,000 yuan , 200,000 yuan , 150,000 yuan , and 80,000 yuan , respectively .
03Trademark brand innovation and entrepreneurship base:
Organizations that have won the "National Trademark Brand Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base" will be given a one-time subsidy of 500,000 yuan .
Organizations that have won the "Shanghai Trademark Brand Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base" will be given a one-time subsidy of 100,000 yuan .
04 Intellectual Property Protection Commitment Activities:
The third party who promotes the activity of "selling authentic products and protecting intellectual property rights" will be subsidized according to the municipal performance of the establishment and management of basic work, and the amount of subsidy will not exceed 50,000 yuan, and each company will be newly recognized as a municipal commitment unit in the current year . The standard of 6,000 yuan will be used as a supplementary work subsidy, and the annual total amount will not exceed 200,000 yuan .
05 Intellectual property demonstration and pilot schools:
Rewards of 200,000 yuan and 100,000 yuan will be given to the national and municipal intellectual property education demonstration schools that year ; 100,000 yuan and 50,000 yuan will be awarded to national and municipal intellectual property education pilot schools that year.
3 Application conditions for intellectual property operation funding projects
01Intellectual property financial services:
For enterprises in the zone to implement core patents or trademarks to purchase intellectual property insurance subsidies, 50% of the subsidies will be given according to the actual premium paid for intellectual property insurance .
Establish a risk compensation mechanism for intellectual property pledge financing, and the financial guarantee institution, cooperative bank, and risk compensation funds will share 60% , 10% , and 30% of the actual financing losses .
02 Intellectual Property Information Analysis and Utilization Project:
Support the development of patent navigation in key industries, and grant 50% of the actual expenditure cost to the patent navigation projects and intellectual property analysis and evaluation projects identified by the intellectual property authorities of the economic zone, with the amount not exceeding 200,000 yuan for each item .
03 Intellectual property professional service items:
Patent (insurance) alliances, industry associations, strategic research institutions, intellectual property judicial appraisal institutions, patent operation institutions, etc. that provide intellectual property professional services for enterprises in the area will be funded if they meet the industrial orientation requirements of the area after evaluation, and each project will be funded The maximum capital shall not exceed 100,000 yuan .
4 Application Conditions for Intellectual Property Protection Funding Projects
01 Funding for enterprise intellectual property protection:
For high-value invention patents, the patent rights shall be protected at home and abroad through court litigation, administrative rulings, arbitrations, etc. After the rights are successfully defended, the enterprise will be given a subsidy for rights protection costs after assessment.
This district has been included in the "Shanghai Key Trademark Protection List" trademarks, and those who successfully defend their rights overseas will be subsidized.
In the above two types of situations, the amount of subsidy shall not exceed 50% of the rights protection expenses (including litigation fees, arbitration fees, judicial appraisal fees, etc.), the maximum amount shall not exceed 200,000 yuan , and the maximum annual subsidy for the same enterprise shall not exceed 300,000 yuan .
5. Application conditions for other reward projects
01Reward intellectual property talents:
Rewards of 20,000 yuan/person , 10,000 yuan/person , and 5,000 yuan/person will be given to talents who have obtained the titles of senior intellectual property attorney, senior intellectual property attorney, and intellectual property attorney in the current year .
02 Award for Intellectual Property Innovation:
For units that have won the Shanghai Intellectual Property Innovation Award (creation, protection, and utilization), a reward of 300,000 yuan will be given .
03 Encourage the recognition of China's well-known trademarks:
