As promised, after a year of hard work, the open signature electronic signature system was launched online on December 15, 2023.
OpenSign is the first open source and free electronic signature system in China. It builds a safe, trustworthy, controllable and flexible one-stop electronic signature full-service system product chain for enterprises. Open source tool version: Open source the core technical code and tools of electronic signatures. The open source version adopts the more relaxed MIT open source agreement and is not subject to commercial restrictions. Product functions include: electronic seal production, handwritten signature generation, digital certificate generation, PDF file conversion to pictures, electronic signature (keyword signing, designated location signing), document verification, etc.
Enterprise Edition: Provides a free version of the electronic signature application system. Users can download, deploy and install it with one click. After the deployment is completed, users can have the basic functions of electronic signature. It supports multiple service models such as privatization deployment, multi-tenancy, and SaaS, and provides functions such as online signing, electronic signature, electronic seal control, approval process management, and digital certificate services to meet the needs of electronic contracts, electronic insurance policies, electronic reports, and recruitment. Various electronic document signing scenarios such as bidding documents, electronic transcripts, electronic certificates, financial vouchers, accounting vouchers, and electronic prescriptions.
