Take loading the shp file, symbolizing it, saving it as sld, and importing it into geoserver as an example.

(1) Add the shp file to the project from the left disk directory

(2) Double-click the layer or right-click the layer properties to open the properties panel and modify the symbolization and annotation:

 (3) After configuring the symbols, right-click the layer, select Export->Save as QGIS layer style file, select sld to save the style, and select the location where you want to save the sld:

You can also choose to save the style through the style at the bottom of the property panel, and also open the Save Layer Style dialog box:

 (5) Change the layer style to the new style
