How do computer hosts such as financial software, ERP, OA, CRM, etc. built in the company or home LAN achieve remote access without a public network address? If a public network address is not provided, only the same account and the same region can be used. If the company or home LAN is connected to the intranet, what should we do if we want to remotely access the financial software from the outside?
If you want to remotely access financial software in your company or home LAN from the outside, another solution is to use remote access tools. These tools allow you to connect to a remote host over the Internet in order to access and operate financial software remotely. You can choose to use [cpolar](cpolar - secure intranet penetration tool) to achieve remote access.
1. Install U8 locally on the server and debug the settings
Open on the data server: Control Panel – Management Tools – Services, and check whether UF’s database SQLSERVER (instance name) is automatically started. If it does not start automatically, right-click and set it to "Autostart". It is recommended to turn off various anti-virus software. It may be that the anti-virus software cannot start automatically.
U8 is intended for large and medium-sized enterprises, so the system environment requirements are higher.
There is a system environment problem. It may be that the installation file is released without following the registry path.
1. Open the installer and double-click the installer.
2. Start the installation, follow the prompts, next step
3. After agreeing to the agreement, click Next
4. Follow the prompts and proceed to the next step.
5. Change the installation path, next step (Note: Install on a non-system disk to avoid deleting data if the system is redone)
6. Select the installation type. If it is a server, install the full product; for the client, select the client (most of them are clients. Servers are usually installed by UFIDA engineers and corporate IT during software deployment. Ordinary corporate employees usually select clients. You can install it on the computer) Click "Next"

8. The basic environment and default components must be installed. The red ones are the components that are missing in the current system. Double-click the path and the installation file will pop up. Just double-click to install.
9. After passing the test, confirm the final installation interface, install it, and wait for the program to be installed (it is best not to check the box to record detailed installation logs, so that the installation will be faster)
10. After the installation is complete, restart the computer

2. UFIDA U8 uses cpolar to realize corporate remote office

3. Install cpolar intranet penetration
3.1 Register cpolar account
Enter the cpolar official website, click on free registration in the upper right corner, use your email to register a cpolar account for free and log in
3.2 Download cpolar client
After successful login, click to download cpolar locally and install it (you can install it by default all the way)
After cpolar is successfully installed, two sample tunnels will be installed by default (you can modify or delete them yourself):
- remoteDesktop: points to local port 3389, tcp protocol
- website: Points to local port 8080, http protocol
This time we can use remoteDesktop remote desktop tunnel directly.
4. Obtain the remote desktop public network address
4.1 Log in to the cpolar web ui management interface
Access on the browser127.0.0.1:9200, use the registered cpolar email account to log in to the cpolar web ui management interface (default is Local port 9200)
4.2 Start the remote desktop tunnel
After successfully logging in and entering the main interface, we click on 隧道管理——隧道列表 on the left dashboard, find the remote desktop tunnel, and click to start the tunnel
4.3 Obtain the random temporary address of the remote desktop public network
After the tunnel is started successfully, we click on 状态——在线隧道列表 on the left dashboard. We can see that the remote desktop tunnel has generated the corresponding For the public network address, we copy the public network TCP port address (note that tcp:// no need to copy).
Since the tunnel created using cpolar above uses a random public network address, it will change randomly within 24 hours, which is not conducive to long-term remote access. Therefore, we can configure a second-level subdomain name for it. This address is a fixed address and will not change randomly [ps: cpolar.cn has been filed]
Note that you need to upgrade the cpolar package to a basic package or above, and the bandwidth corresponding to each package is different. [cpolar.cn has been registered]
5. Implement remote desktop control
5.1 Open the remote desktop client
On the control computer, click the search bar in the lower left corner of the desktop, search远程桌面连接, and open
5.2 Remote desktop using the public network tcp address generated by cpolar
In the Remote Desktop Connection window, enter in the computer field: You will get the tcp random tunnel address: (in this example: tcp://12.tcp.cpolar.top:10700, your address may be different), as shown in the figure below :
5.3 Enter account password
Enter the account number and password of the controlled computer to log in remotely.
Note: Your account needs to have super administrator privileges, or have a Remote Desktop account to log in. If your PC does not have a password originally, please set a password before remote desktop. Safety first.
